Finally got this up, been trying to post since midday.

Anyway, this chapter had to come somewhere, so I put it as early as possible. Hershey's back! Drago's dead!And a TOTALLY MYSTERIOUS character has appeared. (Seriously if you don't know who that is then you're not reading enough SSZ).

Originally, it was going to be more like Xionic Madness, but since legionnaires are technically innocent people... I decided to save that for a later arc. It will still involve Miles, though. He's basically a Sonic version of a Madness protagonist at this point.
